Nutraferma is also the pioneer of large scale fermentation. Nutraferma has two production plants located in South Korea and the United States. Nutraferma is headquartered in N. Sioux City, SD USA.
Our Process
Cutting edge solid-state fermentation production plants in the United States & South Korea are the cornerstone of delivering innovative products. Nutraferma’s sophisticated, all-natural, solid-state fermentation manufacturing technique does more than just processes soy and other plant-origin materials into high-quality animal feed ingredients. Utilizing advanced technology, Nutraferma’s production process yields products which contain viable patented strains of Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcus pentosaceus, and valuable metabolites such as organic acids, amino acids, and nucleic acids. Conventional manufacturing processes wash away these valuable metabolites.
Our Quality
Being the global leader in the development of innovative biotech product also necessitates that product quality is a priority at Nutraferma. This means that Nutraferma has achieved very high standards for feed safety and provides an additional qualitative guarantee of reliability, quality, sustainability, and safety to our customers. No product is released from Nutraferma until meeting specific threshold requirements for E. Coli, Salmonella, and coliforms. Other common tests for most products include but are not limited to moisture content, crude protein, and viable microbe count.
